Terms of Use (EULA).

The short version: you buy Slap Invoice once, your data is yours, and we don't lock it up. No accounts, no servers, no fine-print traps.

The app

• Slap Invoice is a local-first iOS app made by FunnelFix. By downloading and using it, you agree to these Terms of Use (which serve as the app's End User License Agreement) and to our Privacy Policy.
• No accounts. There's no sign-up or login. The app runs entirely on your device.
• Your content is yours. Invoices, estimates, clients, and PDFs you create belong to you. We claim no ownership and keep no copy.

Purchases

• Slap Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase ($49.99, Family Sharing included) that unlocks the app for life. It's processed by Apple under the App Store terms; refunds are handled by Apple.
• Slap Cloud is an optional auto-renewing subscription ($4.99 per month) that turns on sync between your devices via your own iCloud. It only toggles sync — it never gates your invoices or data. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It automatically renews for the same one-month term at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period isn't refunded.
• Existing documents stay viewable, editable, shareable, and exportable forever — including the free tier and after any subscription ends.

Acceptable use

Use Slap Invoice for lawful business invoicing. Don't use it to create fraudulent or misleading documents. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you bill and for complying with the tax and invoicing rules where you operate.

Your agreement is with us, not Apple

These terms are between you and FunnelFix, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. We — not Apple — are solely responsible for the app, for support and maintenance, and for any product or legal claims relating to it (product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, consumer protection, and intellectual-property claims). If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. You represent that you are not in a U.S.-embargoed country or on a U.S. Government prohibited-parties list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where it and these terms differ on a licensing point, Apple's standard EULA controls.

Warranty & liability

Slap Invoice is provided "as is." We work hard to keep your data safe — which is exactly why export and the PDF archive are always free and Files-visible (your documents survive even deleting the app). But we can't be liable for data loss, missed payments, or business losses. Keep your exports and back up your device. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

If these terms materially change, the date above changes and the current version lives at this URL. We'll never quietly weaken the "your data is yours" and "pay once" promises — they're the product.
